THE POLY-E-3 IS One of the first lighting objects by Studio Juliette Wesseling. this floor lamp brings together reclaimed construction materials in a carefully balanced composition. Corrugated fibre sheets are wedged between steel profiles and secured with magnets, while the frame itself is composed of reclaimed scaffolding tubes and leftover steel elements. Illuminated by three LED tubes (dimmable option available), the work draws attention to the textures, imperfections and previous lives of its materials. Each lamp is unique, allowing the history of its components to remain an active part of the final piece.
