The POLY-C-3 is the first lamp by Studio Juliette Wesseling and originated from an interest in how light is refracted through materials commonly regarded as utilitarian and temporary. Using polycarbonate panels in combination with scrap steel, the lamp examines the interaction between light, surface, and structure, resulting in a subtle, shifting shimmer. Made from reclaimed materials, each piece shows traces of prior use, contributing to its individual character. An option is available for dimmable LED tubes with adjustable colour temperature (2700–6000 K).
